The guaranteed part is correspondence. The chart must be calculated from the birth details supplied with the order, and factual chart references in the written reading must match the placements, houses, aspects, degrees and orbs shown in the report’s data pages.

If either does not correspond, message the shop through Etsy and identify the page or statement. The report will be checked against the calculation and a corrected version will be sent. If you would rather not receive a corrected version, the order will be refunded in full.
